A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate Renal Dialysis Nurse to join a highly reputable private Dialysis Clinic in Eastbourne, East Sussex. The clinic provides person centred care to renal patients and take pride in the holistic care that they provide. The team are passionate about providing high quality care and building meaningful patient relationships. They are looking for a like-minded Renal Dialysis Nurse to join their friendly and supportive team. The clinic boasts excellent facilities for both their patients and their staff.
Duties and responsibilities
You will be working as a Renal Dialysis Nurse and will be responsible for the following duties;
- Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients
- Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented
- Reviewing pre and post- haemodialysis care with patients
- Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems
- Working closely within a multi-disciplinary team
- Working on a 1:4 nurse to patient ratio to ensure time to provide holistic care
Who we’re looking for
- Be NMC registered- your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- At least 1 years UK experience in an acute setting
- Previous dialysis experience desirable
- Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
- Excellent communication skills
