Erin has passionately led as our Recruitment Director since 2011, shaping the Healthcare Division from its early days. Awarded ‘Mrs Motivator’ and ‘Energizer Bunny’ in our annual ceremony, she pairs her Business Management degree with a stellar reputation to guide candidates and clients seamlessly through the recruitment process. Erin is full of adventure and loves to travel; she recently got married in Santorini, Greece and is a self-confessed gin and Haribo addict!

As Team Leader of our Specialist Care team specialising, Amy is dedicated to helping specialist care providers build their teams. Transitioning from a similar recruitment background, she believes in providing a VIP service for her candidates and clients, creating a truly consultative experience. Office-renowned for her wicked laugh, off-the-clock, she's either spending quality time with family, dining out, or singing her heart out in a karaoke session.

Ellie recruits for Registered Nurses for various services within our Specialist Care division across the whole UK. Coming from an aviation background, she traded world travels for the world of recruitment and now specialises in mental health, learning disabilities, and complex care services. When she’s not connecting candidates with their dream roles, Ellie’s either sunbathing on an exotic holiday, relishing family moments, or on a shopping spree at Zara.

Amanjot, a Recruitment Consultant, focuses on placing Registered Nurses within our Specialist Care division across the UK. Coming from a Support Worker role within Children’s Services, she is using her experience gained from her role and now specialising in complex services, mental health and learning disabilities. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, going out for some scrumptious food, and spending time with her loved ones.

Georgina thrives on helping and supporting people; she loves finding Nurses the perfect role to suit them and their requirements. She specialises in recruiting for all nursing roles within Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Complex Care / Neuro-disabilities for our Specialist Care team. Georgina covers the whole of the UK for a variety of hospitals and services in this sector. Outside of Appoint Healthcare, Georgina enjoys going on many adventures with her husband and son. She also loves going for meals out with her friends, travelling, and getting caught up in a good film or TV series.

Maisie joined Appoint Healthcare as a Recruitment Consultant, after previously working within healthcare recruitment. Maisie now specialises in recruiting for private Mental Health hospitals covering the whole of the UK. She is keen to help nurses of all seniorities (RMNs, RGNs and RNLDs) in finding their next role, making the process as smooth and efficient as possible. Maisie is very friendly and bubbly, she loves to laugh and to make others smile. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, as well as travel to different cities with her partner and explore different bars and restaurants. At home, she has 6 dogs who she loves taking out for walks and getting an ice-cream!
