As our Founder and M.D. of Appoint Healthcare, Simon is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the business. Prior to starting Appoint Healthcare, Simon had a long and successful career in healthcare and engineering recruitment, backed by a degree in Business Management. In his spare time he can be found yacht racing, skiing, motorbiking, and generally living it up with his wife and daughter.

As Operations Director, virtually every Appoint Healthcare process has Eve's touch. Since her beginnings as a Trainee Consultant in 2012, post her enriching Psychology studies, Eve can now be found doing anything and everything possible to drive efficiency and help the recruiters achieve their goals. In her spare time, she loves singing, acting, dancing, and generally prancing around in local musicals and shows.

Erin has passionately led as our Recruitment Director since 2011, shaping the Healthcare Division from its early days. Awarded ‘Mrs Motivator’ and ‘Energizer Bunny’ in our annual ceremony, she pairs her Business Management degree with a stellar reputation to guide candidates and clients seamlessly through the recruitment process. Erin is full of adventure and loves to travel; she recently got married in Santorini, Greece and is a self-confessed gin and Haribo addict!

Danielle transitioned from the luxury of corporate concierge to shape the Elderly Care division at Appoint Healthcare. As an empathetic and friendly leader, she builds enduring relationships, creating a positive work environment for her team. In her spare time, she is obsessed with trying out the latest beauty products – having said that, she can often be found donning her wellies and getting muddy on long walks with her husband and dog, Teddy.

Leading as Health Team Manager, Amy's focus is recruiting for NHS & private hospitals and clinics. With a foundation in Psychology and diverse roles, she blends her listening and matching skills flawlessly. Amy is that smiling face in the office, always ready to assist. Off-duty, she's either at the gym, running after her two little ones, eating great food along with a good glass of bubbly, or dreaming of her next sunlit vacation!

As Office Manager, Claire is the secret behind the smooth running of our office! With a history of office roles across several industries, Claire loves to help out wherever she can and generally be our rock. Off duty, you can find her hanging out with loved ones, going on forest walks with her partner and dog Izzy, cooking or baking, pottering around in the garden, travelling, or doing something sporty!.

As our Accounts Manager, Michelle meticulously oversees our finances, ensuring we’re all paid on time. Prior to joining Appoint Healthcare in 2013, she managed finances in the design and manufacturing sectors. Beyond her professional prowess, Michelle is a gym enthusiast, putting us all to shame! During breaks, we adore when her little girl visits, eagerly anticipating the day she starts showing us her computer skills.

As Team Leader of our Specialist Care team specialising, Amy is dedicated to helping specialist care providers build their teams. Transitioning from a similar recruitment background, she believes in providing a VIP service for her candidates and clients, creating a truly consultative experience. Office-renowned for her wicked laugh, off-the-clock, she's either spending quality time with family, dining out, or singing her heart out in a karaoke session.

Armed with an LLB(Hons) in Law and diverse experience, Katie's role as Recruitment Team Lead for the Elderly Care team is pivotal in recruiting for senior nurse management. With keen professionalism and relationship-building skills, she bridges gaps between clients and candidates effortlessly. Off duty, Katie can be found running after her husband and two kids, reading, deep sea fishing and (almost embarrassingly) being a huge Xbox Call of Duty gamer.
