Position: Clinical Lead (Deputy Manage)
Salary: £48,048 per annum
Hours: Full time – 44 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent

About the home:
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Clinical Lead (Deputy Manager) (RGN ) ( RMN ) or ( RNLD ) to join our friendly and welcoming 48 bed care home providing nursing and residential care for older adults with Dementia. The home is always striving to provide high standards of care and support to all residents and is looking for a Clinical Lead (Deputy Manager) to join the team.

About the role:
As the Clinical Deputy Manager at our fantastic care home in Wroxham, Norfolk, you will oversee and assist every aspect of nursing care and activities within the home, including developing and updating care plans and maintaining clear, accurate medication records. Always seeking to share your clinical experience, you will provide valuable support, guidance and assistance to the rest of our care staff. You will be required to support the Registered Home Manager and act up in their absence.

About you:

• You will be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin
• You will have experience in a clinical leadership role in a similar setting
• You will have strong clinical background and be committed to person-centred care
