October 2019 marks TEN YEARS since the start of the Appoint Group journey! We’ve come a long way in 10 years, and we’re looking back on our first decade with pride and satisfaction of what we’ve achieved.

Making a difference

Over this time, we’re particularly proud of the fact that we’ve helped thousands of people achieve their career goals. It makes it even more satisfying to know that those people are all caring for others and making a difference to their patients’ lives. We’ve helped hundreds of different clients source those hard-to-find candidates. Making a positive impact on the healthcare industry is something we’re incredibly privileged to be a part of.

Putting our stamp on things

Appoint Group HQ has also changed somewhat. From a small and simple starting office, to a large modern office, next we’ll be moving to our brand-spanking-new office nearby (more details to follow – watch this space). Wherever we are based though, we always seem to make it feel like home, with copious amounts of orange paint and whiteboards galore.

Fun and games

Over the past ten years, we’ve had so much fun that there are too many events to list. Particular highlights include our company trip to Amsterdam, countless fancy dress / sales days, raising and donating a huge amount of money for charity, social events and activities, competitions, prizes, and way too many custard donuts to even think about. We think it’s our fun and friendly atmosphere that makes Appoint Group a great place to work. It’s also probably why we were a finalist for Best Company Culture in 2019!

Eve Downing

As Operations Director, virtually every Appoint Healthcare process has Eve's touch. Since her beginnings as a Trainee Consultant in 2012, post her enriching Psychology studies, Eve can now be found doing anything and everything possible to drive efficiency and help the recruiters achieve their goals. In her spare time, she loves singing, acting, dancing, and generally prancing around in local musicals and shows.
