Service Manager / Registered Manager

Full Time, 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 9-5)
£48,000 per annum 

Summary
Appoint Healthcare are proud to be partner with an extremely reputable, growing and forward-thinking leading national UK provider of health and social care services for people living with acquired brain injuries and other neurological conditions. Together we are seeking a Service Manager for their 23 bed Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre. This is an extremely rewarding role to help people get better. An exciting and challenging role – no two days are the same. Whilst having a clinical background would be preferred, we do not require a registered clinician or nurse for this role.

Overview

  • You will manage all aspects of the service to ensure the highest quality standards of treatment and care. We want you to lead, motivate and develop your multidisciplinary team (of 60+ staff) – empowering them to perform to their potential when supporting residents.
  • We have ambitious plans for the future. So, you can further make your mark by managing the organic and planned change within the service, and by marketing the service to potential commissioners and referrers.

Requirements

  • Registered Manager with a QCF (NVQ) level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • A record of managing a high quality, multi-site residential service
  • A strong commitment to person-centred independence-building services
  • Experience of managing budgets and financial systems
  • An experienced people leader with a track record of developing a team and managing performance

Location
This role is based in Horsham and is commutable from Crawley, Billingshurst, Southwater and surrounding areas.
