About the service: We are delighted to be recruiting for a passionate and experienced Senior Ward Nurse to join our highly reputable private healthcare provider in their exceptional private hospital on the outskirts of Oxford. The hospital ideally located within easy reach of Leamington Spa, Northampton, and Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Ward Nurse with surgical experience, to join their passionate and friendly team. The hospital prides itself on the care of their patients and is equipped to carry out a multitude of procedures, treatments and investigations.

About the role:
You will be working as a Senior Ward Nurse and will be responsible for:
Provide highly quality post-surgical care for a variety of patents
Working across a challenging and complex caseload
Ensuring patients safety, dignity and confidentiality
Working in a fast paced and varied environment

Who we’re looking for;

Be NMC registered- your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
At least 2 years UK experience working on a surgical ward is essential
Private health experience desirable
Willingness to learn and grow in the role
Excellent time management skills
 Excellent communication skills

Person Specification: All applicants must have a valid NMC Registration with no restrictions and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. At least 2 years UK surgical ward experience in is essential for this position.
