Are you a dedicated leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care and raising quality standards across multiple sites? We are seeking an experienced and compassionate candidate for a Regional Quality Lead role, working closely with Home Managers and Area Directors to bring exceptional health and care experiences to our residents.
The Role:
In this pivotal role, you’ll help drive the company’s vision of being the leading care provider in each community by fostering an environment of compassion, clinical excellence, and high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct, hands-on support to Home Managers to improve clinical outcomes, creating a nurturing environment for both residents and staff.
- Partnering with Home Managers to guide and develop Deputy Home Managers in delivering a consistently high standard of nursing care and enhancing residents’ quality of life.
- Collaborating with Home Managers, Deputy Home Managers, and Senior Quality Leads to craft and implement action plans for all internal and external inspections, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Acting as an advocate to promote key initiatives, building strong relationships with commissioners and external healthcare professionals, and delivering impactful clinical quality training across the region.
