About the role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Nurse Qualified Outpatient Manager to join a highly reputable private hospital based in Bristol. The hospital is the largest modern private healthcare provider in the South-West and this is an excellent opportunity for a Outpatient Manager to lead their friendly and experienced Outpatient team. The role of Outpatient Manager requires you to be Nurse Qualified and is an exciting and varied role providing clinical and managerial leadership across the department. The team are passionate about person centred care and put their patients at the heart of everything they do and looking for a like-minded Outpatient Manager to lead the team.

Duties and responsibilities
You will be working as a Nurse Qualified Outpatient Manager and will be responsible for the following duties;

  • Take the strategic lead for the growth and development of the services within the Outpatient Department
  • Lead the team to ensure that high quality clinical care is provided at all times
  • Provide both clinical and managerial leadership
  • Lead the provision of a effective, professional and a well co-ordinated outpatient department  

Who we’re looking for

  • Be NMC registered- your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Minimum of 3 years UK experience working in Outpatients
  • Previous leadership and management experience in a similar setting is essential
  • Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
  • Excellent communication skills

Person Specification: All applicants for the role of Outpatient Manager must have a valid NMC Registration no restrictions and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. At least 3 years UK experience in an outpatient experience is essential for this role.  Previous leadership experience is also essential or this position.
