• Position:  Clinical Lead / Unit Manager  ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )
• Location: Bourne, Lincolnshire
• Salary: £21.50 up to £49,100 per annum The actual rate of pay will be within these advertised bandings and will be dependent on your ability to demonstrate your competence during the interview.
• Hours: Full time 44h DAYS
• Contract Type: Permanent

  The care home is registered for 80 residents, catering for vulnerable elderly adults living with conditions such as Dementia, in need of nursing and respite care.

We are looking for compassionate nurses ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) with nursing home / care home experience looking for a step up into a leadership position.

The role as a Clinical lead / Unit Manager  ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ):

– Resident Care: Oversee and assist with nursing care, ensuring residents’ health and well-being.
– Staff Support: Supervise and guide nurses and care staff with practical advice and problem-solving.
– Compliance: Ensure the home meets all regulatory standards.
– Team Leadership: Lead care, facilities, and administration teams during night shifts.
– Communication: Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
– Management Support: Assist the general and deputy managers as needed.
– Organization Values: Uphold and promote company policies, procedures, and values.
– Resident Independence: Foster a home-like environment, supporting residents’ independence, choice, and privacy.
