Lead Nurse   ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) – Nursing home – up to £47,400 per annum

• Position:  Lead Nurse  ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )
• Location: Devizes, Wiltshire
• Salary: £24.34 p/h or £47,463 per annum
• Hours: Full time 37.5h DAYS 9 (  Mixture of 12h and 7h long shifts)
• Contract Type: Permanent

  The care home is registered for 80 residents, catering for vulnerable elderly adults living with conditions such as Dementia and Huntington’s.

We are looking for compassionate nurses ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) with at least 2 year’s leadership experience in a nursing home / care home  in the UK.

The role as a Lead Nurse / Senior Nurse / Clinical Lead   ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ):
 

• Provide clinical leadership and decision-making
• Ensure quality nursing care and assessments
• Lead, motivate, and manage the care team
• Monitor and supervise care practices
• Hands-on nursing care
• Support Home Manager in home operation
