Registered Care Home Manager 
Location: Gissing, Diss
Salary: £60,000 per annum 
Contract: Permanent – 40 hours a week 

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a fantastic 18 bed service specialising in mental health and learning disabilities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing person-cantered care that empowers residents, respects their choices, and promotes independence in a supportive, inclusive environment.

About the Service:

  • Registered for 18 residents
  • Specialising in mental health and learning disabilities 

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • At least one year’s experience in a similar role
  • Management of care support staff
  • Appraisal & supervision experience  
  • Leadership and management experience 
  • NMC PIN desired but this is not essential
  • NVQ / QCF Level 5 Qualification in Leadership & Management Health & Social Care
  • An understanding of the legal requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) 
  • Working Knowledge of Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Law and Frameworks
  • Full driving licence
