Salary: £47,407
Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday
Contract type: Permanent

We are seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager ( Nurse / RGN / RMN )   to support the Home Manager in running our care home. Your key responsibilities will include planning staff rotas, recruiting new team members, and managing their training. You will ensure our residents’ clinical needs are properly assessed and met.

The Care Home:
Registered for up to 60 service users, the care home provides the following care:
Primary Care Categories:

• Dementia
• Older Person Care
• Physical Disability
• Respite Care
• Sensory Impairment

Skills and experience required:

• Active NMC PIN
• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) required
• Willingness to work towards Level 4 or 5 qualifications
• Experience in a senior or team leader nursing role in elderly care
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to promoting and developing high standards of care
