Deputy Manager – Care Home 
Location: Great Oxendon, Market Harborough
Salary: £16.82 per hour, plus 10% performance-based bonus paid quarterly
Hours: Full-Time, 7am-7pm

We are seeking a passionate and driven Deputy Manager to support the leadership of a 43-bed care home offering personal and dementia care. Located in the charming village of Great Oxendon, this home combines the character of a historic country house with modern living spaces, providing a warm and homely environment for residents.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the Home Manager to deliver the highest standards of care for residents.
• Develop, motivate, and support the team to ensure a positive working environment and exceptional care.
• Oversee care plans, ensuring they are completed and evaluated within required timescales.
• Manage medication processes, including audits, timely ordering, and ensuring compliance with handling procedures.
• Promote person-centred care planning and ensure all practices align with safeguarding standards.
