• Position:  Clinical Night Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )
• Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
• Salary: £20.12 – £21.12p/h up to £48,300 The actual rate of pay will be within these advertised bandings and will be dependent on your ability to demonstrate your competence during the interview.
• Hours: Full time 44h Nights
• Contract Type: Permanent

  The care home is registered for 150 residents, catering for vulnerable elderly adults living with conditions such as Dementia, Head & Brain injuries and physical disabilities.   

We are looking for compassionate nurses ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) with nursing home / care home experience looking for a step up into a leadership position.

The role as a Clinical Night Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ):

– Resident Care: Oversee and assist with nursing care, ensuring residents’ health and well-being.
– Staff Support: Supervise and guide nurses and care staff with practical advice and problem-solving.
– Compliance: Ensure the home meets all regulatory standards.
– Team Leadership: Lead care, facilities, and administration teams during night shifts.
– Communication: Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
– Management Support: Assist the general and deputy managers as needed.
– Organization Values: Uphold and promote company policies, procedures, and values.
– Resident Independence: Foster a home-like environment, supporting residents’ independence, choice, and privacy.
